| Biographical info: | Sarah-jane Peterschlingmann is Managing Director of ATech an award-winning international online services and cloud company based in Australia. Sarah-jane has led the company for the past 7 years through exponential growth in revenue, staff numbers and facilities. This growth has been achieved while maintaining excellent profit margins and award winning customer satisfaction ratings. Through her work, Sarah-jane has helped a broad range of organisations from sole traders to fortune 100s, such as airlines, tele-communications companies and ICT providers to develop, host and manage high performance online solutions. Currently launching Megamon, a new network monitoring virtual appliance which is transforming the way network administrators manage large network; Sarah-jane has led the Megamon team to develop and release its first commercial edition as well as a free community edition. A multiple award winner for technology and business growth, some of Sarah-jane's achievements have included the 2014 Women in Technology Sue Wickenden Entrepreneurial Award, 2015 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service (Business Development Achievement of the Year and Customer Service Department of the Year) and several awards for websites and web applications both locally and internationally. Active within the technology community at large, she currently holds the role of SIG convener for the Australian Computer Society Innovation & Entrepreneurship SIG. Based on her achievements with ATech and Megamon, at under 35 years of age, it is clear that Sarah-jane has a remarkable capability to empower teams and consistently deliver positive results.
