2015 APNIC EC Elections
The APNIC Executive Council (EC) represents the APNIC Membership and acts in the best interests of the organization. Online voting and proxy appointment are closed. Onsite voting will be held during APNIC 39 from 09:00 until 14:00 (UTC +9) on Friday, 6 March 2015.
Nominations for the EC Election open from 12 January until 17:30 (UTC +10) 16 February 2015, and are made via the online nomination form. Nominees do not have to be APNIC Members, but only APNIC Members may nominate and vote for candidates.
The EC election was held on 6 March 2015, at APNIC 39 in Fukuoka, Japan. The members who have been successfully elected to the EC are:

About APNIC Election Timelines
The dates and times that govern the APNIC election process are measured backward from the close of voting on election day. Election day is the day of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the APNIC Conference where the election is being held.
During the week of the APNIC Conference, the times are calculated according to local time at the event location. In this case, Japan time (UTC +9).
- Nominations open approximately 8 weeks before AGM day
- Nominations close approximately 2 weeks before AGM day
- Proxy and Online voting opens 10 working days before AGM day
- Proxy and Online voting closes at 09:00 48 hours before the election
- EC on-site voting takes place 09:00-14:00 local time of the event

Nominations for the EC Election open from 12 January until 17:30 (UTC +10) 16 February 2015, and are made via the online nomination form. All nominations are made by the Member's Corporate Contacts, or by an authorized Member Contact with voting rights given by the Member's Corporate Contact. Members were welcome to nominate a representative from their own organization. All nominations are listed on this website after APNIC confirms the nominee is able and willing to serve on the EC.

Voting
Only organizations with a current APNIC Member account are eligible to vote in EC elections online through MyAPNIC or on site at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Voting entitlements
Voting entitlements are only available to individuals who are Corporate Contacts, or Authorized contacts with voting rights given by the Corporate Contact.
On-site voting
Onsite voting takes place during the AGM on Friday, 6 March 2015 from 09:00 - 14:00 (UTC +9)* at the Fukuoka International Congress Center (FICC), Japan.
Corporate Contacts, contacts with voting rights, or appointed proxies can collect ballot papers from the Voting Desk.
Online voting
Online voting is only available to APNIC Members via MyAPNIC. To cast votes online, a valid APNIC certificate must be installed in your browser.
Online voting opens on Wednesday, 18 February 2015 and closes on Wednesday, 4 March 2015 9:00 (UTC +9).
Proxy appointment
Corporate Contacts may appoint a proxy to vote onsite on their behalf. The proxy holder need not be from the Member organization, but must be registered to attend the AGM in person.
Proxies can be submitted online via MyAPNIC or by printing and signing a Proxy Appointment Form and faxing it or emailing a scanned copy to the APNIC Secretariat.
The proxy appointment is valid only when confirmed by the APNIC Secretariat. Confirmation emails are sent to both the Corporate Contact and the appointed proxy once the proxy appointment is verified.
Proxy appointment opens on Wednesday, 18 February 2015 and closes on Wednesday, 4 March 2015 9:00 (UTC +9).
